Warranty

1 Year Warranty All items purchased through the Revolving Networks store receive a 1 year warranty. The warranty is good for a replacement or refund depending upon seller availability. Warranty is only valid if sold directly to the end user. All units purchased for resale receive a 30 day warranty excluding service providers (i.e. MSP, ISP, etc.). New Factory Sealed - This item is brand new. It comes factory sealed in the original Juniper box with original accessories. Boxes have not been opened. Boxes might have some signs of wear and tear.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item please send us a message. We will have to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and senda Pre-Paid Shipping Label assuming the item is being returned for a validreason. All non-defective items that are returned are subject to a 25%restocking fee. Please reference the condition description for anycosmetic/physical damages previously noted in listing. Refunds will be issuedin up to 5 business days after we’ve received the item. All returned items mustbe in the same condition as when purchased, the buyer will be responsible forany damages due to mistreatment or inadequate packaging.
