i install vuze and it ask me to set the time for some thing... but only from all the cities i don't know about... and now my system time is messed up >.<...

Interesting question.
Do 'man clock' at a command line.
The man page tells a lot about hwclock.
You need to be root to do 'hwclock' as a command.
I've not used this, but here's one place to start.
Fill us in on your experience, if you give this a try.
